    Very poor customer service. Everyone is on their phones as soon as you walk in and basically for the majority of the time that you are in the store. It wasn’t until I was about to leave that someone came up to me and asked me if I needed help with anything, and he still had his phone right in front of him.

    Great experience. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Best price in lloyd for a mattress

    Terrible delivery time. Staff seems to have access to inventory levels, however my experience was they are either mislead or dishonest. After 3 weeks of waiting and being given the run around, I complained to the store manager. When I was unhappy with the answers provided I discovered there's no way to talk to anyone above that level. If you find a good deal and don't care if you get it soon, go for it. Otherwise steer clear.
