    I rated it 5 stars so everyone would see this mesg. So my wife an I placed an order and after we picked it up an got home we realized the order was wrong. When we called we dealt with a female manager who gave me so much attitude an disrespect that I gave up trying to have them replace what they forgot. I lost a lot of respect for family pizza because of the way there manager treated us over some missed toppings and undercooked wings. The lady ran her mouth so much on the phone I didn't even want to go down there in person to get the replacement.. you lost a customer for life over this family pizza.

    Same thing as other users, lady manager ran mouth, didnt want to replace the cold pizza they delivered, and one was missing toppings. That manager has worked there too long I think. If she is who trains the others in customer service, this place is going down. Sad.

    I really like the pizza here. Uses real toppings on their pizzas purchased the same day from a local grocery store. Fast delivery.

    This used to the best, late night delivery option. But now they won't even answer the phone before the closing hours.
