  This is not the first time I screwed up with Nissan lloydminster,first time was on October 2016 , I went to this dealership to buy a car but the sales man was not interested to sell the car to me just because I was not a permanent resident of Canada, so I went to Sherwood Nissan and they treated me as a king and I brought a 2014 Nissan pathfinder sv . Then I approach Nissan Lloyd to put winter tires for pathfinder they took $500 as advance and put me wait for almost a week to get the tires from Vancouver which is fine but after they called me and said they received summer tires instead of winter,next trouble with the oil change, when I had my oil change and approach the lady at the service desk for my payment she said it's free I don't have to pay anything because it's already included some package from the dealership where I brought the car , but next day morning I got a call from the lady and said it was not free and I have to pay for it but I was away from town for my vacation but she really want to pay it righy away even though its not my mistake , then i decide to give my Credit card details just because I trust her , but she over charged me for the tire rotation which I never asked for , and once I went to the dealership to ask about it she was so rude trying to put blame on me , At last I was there again for another oil change by end of January 2018 , but they said they did check all things which is listed on the sheet , and there was tick mark on all the columns , but couple of days ago I saw my engine heat is going to the maximum so I checked the coolant and power steering fluid , it seems like totaly dry , I don't understand what's the point of trusting this dealership and the employees who said everything is good to go at the time of pick up , sorry for the big paragraph , I can't control my anger any more

  I really like the way I was treated during all my visits. I was never pressured to make a decision in haste. Marvin was patient and walked me through the steps. I love my Qashqai. If you need a vehicle, you should go to Nissan Lloydminster.

  I've always been apprehensive about going to a dealer whether for service or to buy a vehicle, but now I can honestly say I have a different opinion. Nissan Lloydminster is the most honest, caring and courteous dealership I've had the pleasure to deal with. Their strive to exceed clientele goes beyond rapprochement. A model for any dealership can be found here. If and when we go for another new vehicle or service we will most definitely be visiting Nissan Lloydminster .

  I'm not a dealership kind of person. They're all just too expensive but sometimes you have no options. I needed to get a couple of updates done only Nissan could do. In the end it cost me a bit more than I thought it would and I was grumpy so I posted a 2 star review. Jamie contacted me promptly to address my grievances. I'm glad they actually care that their customers are satisfied. 4 out of 5 stars. I'd give 5 stars if their parts prices were more competitive (compared to online prices).
