  Best time of year to go to McDonalds is during Timmies roll up the rim. Any size hot coffees for $1.05, can’t beat the taste if/when it’s made fresh. Worth the stop for the coffee in the mornings. Hard to get a reliable outcome for a meal.

  It's fast food granted, but it shows how little pride there is in the product when you have to reassemble a burger. I don't imagine it's terribly difficult to make the product look appealing, but time and time again I'm reminded that the assemblers take no thought about the people they're serving. McDonalds may not be a glamorous position, but personal pride equates to doing whatever job you have to the best of your ability. I don't care how busy they get, I challenge the team to FIND a way to stack the burger together NICELY with the ingredients contained within the perimeter of the buns.

  Food was ok, but coming from Calgary this is the most expensive McDonalds I have ever been to. After I used the kiosk, I was standing waiting for my order and the guy got halfway through and just walked away and started doing other things. A good 5 minutes went by before someone else walked by the order pickup counter and said "are you still waiting for something?"

  High staff turnover rate, low employee retention effects the customer service. It’s the same product you can expect at any one of these franchise chains, without the customer care and service.

  Fast service but a little too cheap for a billion dollar company getting employees to Chip Away ice and snow from drive-thru holding me up

  Didn't repeat my order back didn't tell me my total. Nothing. But the second he was done he had no problem talking to all the other employees.
