  Did a walk-in to get a haircut, and sat for a couple minutes. No big deal, I waited patiently for my turn. The manager of the store was done with his current client and said to the people in the waiting room that he was ready for another person, specifically men's haircut so of course I stood up as I was next in line. He immediately went "I said for men." and I said of course, I am a male, although I do have some feminine features but that should not have changed anything. He guided me to the seat and asked what I would like, I said a simple shave around the sides and thinned at the top and he said "I can't do that, one of the ladies can do that." and kicked me out. Very unprofessional first of all, he is the manager of a hair salon and cant do a simple thinning and shave? I'll give him the benefit of the doubt though, and move on. Maybe there's an actual excuse that I'm not seeing, but I thought it very rude.

  Been getting my hair cut here for years. Never have I had a bad experience. Wally and his staff are great! Highly recommended

  I waited for 40 mins and then they told me they can’t Cut my hair coz they have hair color class .....????

  Have had my hair cut there for years and so has my boy. Wally and his staff are always friendly and had excellent service every time we go in. Best place to get a hair cut in town.

  Once I did get my haircut it was very fast, and I was out quickly but it seemed very unprofessional and gave me the impression that the people here don't know what they're doing. They're trained to cut hair so cut hair. I'm not coming back here ever again.
